Vikas Yadav
Vikas Yadav is an accomplished entrepreneur who began his career in 2000, at the early age of 20. As the founder of Vertical Warehousing, a core warehousing and construction company, with its headquarters in New Delhi, he started building warehouses, logistics, and office spaces in Kapashera, Delhi. He, later, completed his Masters of Business Administration Program (MBA) from the Infinity Business School in 2003.
Vikas has thorough knowledge and expertise in land identification, legal due diligence, land acquisition, construction, and leasing out the warehouse and office spaces. His project, Building no. 93/94, covering 35000 square feet, was his first venture into the business. He then expanded his portfolio by acquiring additional land parcels in the Kapashera area of Delhi and constructed two lakh square feet of multi-utility buildings having warehouse and office spaces. Vikas has been able to transform the initial business model into a respectable and extremely profitable venture in the Kapashera area.
In 2007, Vikas ventured into building large-scale Warehousing projects. With active and engaged relationships with clients and the intricate know-how of the business, he has mastered the warehousing requirements with the help of an in-house state-of-the-art construction team. He also has strong relationships with the statutory organization, legal, internal and external teams. Under his able management of over 20 years, he has successfully established Vertical Warehousing as a seamless experience and a pioneer and leader in developing Logistics Parks.

Abhishek Yadav
Abhishek Yadav is a result-oriented management executive with 22 years of experience in operations, client services, workforce management and consulting experience. He completed his Bachelor of Arts from Motilal Nehru College in 2001. With a strong background in leading large teams, operations management, setting up new accounts and client management, he has successfully managed a global role in the Program Management space leading the on-site and the Philippines delivery team.
With his interpersonal, analytical, decision making and leadership skills, Abhishek quickly grew into a senior management position in his career. From managing a multi-million dollar program for a US-based financial services and telecom client to establishing a low-cost and operationally effective Project & Client Management function, he has managed accounts and relationships with many clients, resulting in significant revenue generation and improved operating profit results.
In 2016, Abhishek joined Vertical Warehousing as a Chief Operating Officer, defining the operational metrics and setting up processes and systems to scale up business with the unwavering focus on operational efficiency and profitability. His responsibility has also led him to measure the performance of the company, provide feedback and hold vendors accountable for their performance. Under his energetic experience of 5+ years at Vertical Warehousing, he has successfully taken accountability for all aspects of the company’s management and performance.
His expertise include coordination with the Design Consultants in finalization of the Tender Drawings, Specifications, BOQ and estimate, Value Engineering during Design stage, Quantity Survey and preparation of cost estimate, preparation of Tender Documents with the above, General and Special Conditions of the Contract, Contract Agreement, etc, Assisting in evaluation of the contractors for Pre-Qualification, Issue and Tenders and Tender analysis, finalization of the Contractors and to conclude the Contract Agreement, review and implement safety, quality, contract management and client management.

We follow a several-step work process guided by the requirements of our clients and ease of functioning. The process begins with pre-construction clearances including change of land use, environment clearance, building map approval, forest NOC, fire scheme approval, etc., leading to the actual construction process. Post-construction, we work towards all approvals including consent to operate, occupation certificate, fire NOC, etc. We also work towards any snag resolution in conjunction with the client, before handing over the project to them. Our work process does not just stop at hand-over but also includes maintenance of the warehouses as decided with the client.
